In a thrilling encounter at the Duleep Trophy in Bengaluru, India B secured an outright victory over India A. The match concluded with India B scoring 184 in their second innings, setting a target of 275 for India A.
The decisive factor was India B's exceptional bowling performance. Akash Deep was the star, claiming a five-wicket haul in the second innings, finishing with nine wickets in the match. His bowling was instrumental in dismissing India A for 198, with consistent pressure from the entire bowling unit.
KL Rahul was the top scorer for India A, with 57 runs in the second innings. However, wickets fell steadily from the other end, with Dayal, Saini, and Mukesh Kumar contributing significantly to India B's victory.
On the batting side, Rishabh Pant scored a valuable 61 for India B, while Sarfaraz Khan contributed 46 runs. In the end, India B's all-round performance, particularly their bowling, ensured a well-deserved 76-run victory.
