Cricket West Indies (CWI) has revealed the West Indies Test squad for the upcoming two-match home series against Bangladesh, scheduled from November 22 to December 4, 2024.

The series will be played at the iconic Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua and Sabina Park in Jamaica, offering the home team a prime opportunity to leverage familiar conditions as they aim to conclude the ICC World Test Championship cycle on a high note.

The 15-man squad, led by Kraigg Brathwaite, blends experienced players with promising talents, reflecting a renewed focus on developing the team’s depth. Vice-captain Joshua Da Silva will play a key role alongside veteran pacer Kemar Roach and young speedster Jayden Seales.

Greaves and Sinclair Return

The in-form Justin Greaves has earned his spot in the squad following a standout performance in the CG United Super50 Cup, where he lit up the tournament with three centuries. His call-up underscores the importance of domestic cricket in shaping future stars for the national team.

Spinner Kevin Sinclair also makes his return to the Test setup, offering variety in the bowling attack. Meanwhile, all-rounder Jason Holder will miss the series as he continues rehabilitation for a shoulder injury, a notable absence for the side.
