India women's clinches another win against Bangladesh having a lead of 2-0 in 5 match series due to Rain

In the T20 match between Bangladesh and India Women, Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat first. Despite a promising start, losing Dilara Akter got out  early for 10, Murshida Khatun anchored the innings with a solid 46 runs. Contributions from Sobhana Mostary (19) and Ritu Moni (20 off 18 balls) looked promising, but Bangladesh trembled towards the end, managing only 119 losing all wickets in 20 overs, with 8 extras.

India's spinners turned the game around after the powerplay. Radha Yadav was exceptional with figures of 3/19, supported by Deepti Sharma's 2/14 and Shreyanka Patil's 2/24. Pooja Vastrakar chipped in with 1/21. However, Renuka Singh Thakur didn't had a good day.

India's batting start was shaky, with Shafali Verma departing early. But Dayalan Hemalatha's aggressive batting in the powerplay,scoring 46 of 24 balls ensured India stayed ahead of the DLS par score before rain interrupted play.

Marufa Akter was the lone standout among Bangladesh's bowlers, taking one wicket while conceding only 11 runs in her spell. However, other bowlers like Khatun, Trisna, and Nahida gone expensive, conceding more than 10 runs per over.

Ultimately, Bangladesh Women couldn't capitalize on their initial advantage, allowing India to clinch the victory,taking a lead of 2-0 in the series.
