In a rain-affected encounter, India Women delivered a commanding performance to defeat Bangladesh Women by 56 runs under the DLS method, extending their lead to 4-0 in the series with one match remaining. The match, played at a neutral venue, showcased India's dominance across all aspects of the game.

Winning the toss and opting to bat first, India faced an early setback with the dismissal of opener Shafali Verma for just 2 runs. However, Dayalan Hemalatha's aggressive approach injected momentum into India's innings, scoring 22 runs off 14 balls before rain interrupted play at 48 for 2 in 5.5 overs. Following the break, India's middle order accelerated the run rate, led by captain Harmanpreet Kaur's impressive 39 off 26 balls, supported by Richa Ghosh's brisk 24 off 15 balls.

Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, India managed to post a competitive total of 122 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted overs. Bangladesh's bowling attack, spearheaded by Rabeya Khan and Marufa Akter, claimed crucial wickets but struggled to contain India's scoring rate.

In response, Bangladesh faced a daunting revised target of 125 runs in 14 overs due to rain interruptions. However, they faltered in their chase, losing wickets consistently and failing to establish partnerships. Dilara Akter top-scored with 21 runs, but the team fell short as Indian bowlers exerted control over the game. Deepti Sharma and debutant Asha Sobhana impressed with two wickets each, supported by Pooja Vastrakar and Radha Yadav, who chipped in with crucial breakthroughs.

India's disciplined bowling performance restricted Bangladesh to a mere 68 runs for the loss of 7 wickets, securing a comprehensive victory by 56 runs. The win underscored India Women's depth and resilience across batting, bowling, and fielding departments.
