BCCI Secretary Jay Shah shared the news on his 'X' account, expressing pride in supporting India's Olympic campaign. "I am proud to announce that the @BCCI will be supporting our incredible athletes representing #India at the 2024 Paris Olympics. We are providing INR 8.5 Crores to the IOA for the campaign," Shah wrote.

This generous contribution aims to bolster the preparations and performance of Indian athletes on the world stage, highlighting the BCCI's commitment to promoting sports beyond cricket. The financial assistance is expected to enhance the training and facilities available to the athletes, boosting their prospects for success at the Paris Olympics.
