Pakistan's top order once again struggled to find their rhythm, with Babar Azam, who has been struggling for form in the series, being dismissed for 31 by Shakib Al Hasan. Mohammad Rizwan, who scored a magnificient century in the previous Test, was also dismissed cheaply for 29.
The only bright spots for Pakistan were Shan Masood, Saim Ayub, and Salman Ali Agha, who all scored fifties. However, the Bangladesh bowlers were able to keep a tight leash on the Pakistan batsmen, and the hosts were eventually bowled out.
