The West Indies capped off a stunning 3-0 series sweep against South Africa, clinching victory in the rain-shortened third T20I by 8 wickets.
After a delayed toss and a further rain interruption, South Africa posted 108/4 in their allotted 13 overs, thanks to Tristan Stubbs' blistering 40 off 15 balls. The revised target of 116 appeared challenging, but West Indies made short work of it.
Nicholas Pooran set the tone, smashing 35 off just 13 balls in a fiery 58-run partnership with Shai Hope, who anchored the chase with an unbeaten 42 off 24. Shimron Hetmyer also contributed with an unbeaten 31 off 17 as West Indies romped home in just 9.2 overs.
The emphatic victory underscores West Indies' batting might, leaving South Africa and captain Aiden Markram searching for answers as they look to regroup ahead of their next challenge.
